Acceptance

By creating an Organically account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Organically. Organically is operated by Organically Dating, LLC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Organically. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.

Your conduct

Treat other people with respect. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, post illegal content, spam, or attempt to scrape or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

Location and proximity

Organically is designed for real-world discovery. Features that rely on location or Bluetooth may require device permissions. You control many visibility settings in the app, but you are responsible for your safety when meeting people offline.

Content you share

You retain ownership of photos and profile content you upload. You grant Organically a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service. Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.

Subscriptions and purchases (Organically+)

Organically may offer auto-renewable subscriptions such as Organically+. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices and refunds follow Apple’s App Store rules.

Organically is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee matches, availability, or that every user is who they claim to be. Use your judgment and report concerns through in-app support or support@dateorganically.com.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
