Overview

Organically, operated by Organically Dating, LLC, helps people discover and connect with others nearby. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect the details you give us: your phone number, name, age, and photos. When you use the app, we collect the messages you send and basic device and usage information that keeps the app working. With your permission, we use location or Bluetooth to detect when you cross paths with other people.

How we use information

We use this information to run Organically: signing you in, showing your profile to others according to your settings, making matches and delivering messages, keeping the service reliable and safe, and meeting legal obligations.

What other people see

Other people see your public card: your name, age, photos, bio, and interests. They never see your phone number, email, date of birth, push tokens, or block list. Organically does not show anyone a live map pin of your exact location.

Proximity and Bluetooth

When Discoverable is on, Organically may use Bluetooth and location to detect that you and another Discoverable person crossed paths. This works through temporary tokens that rotate regularly and are resolved on our servers. Other people can't browse a directory of tokens or use them to track you.

Service providers

We rely on service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, and analytics. They process information for us under contracts that limit what they can do with it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may keep some information for a limited period where the law requires it or to protect against fraud and abuse.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time, turn Discoverable on or off, manage location and Bluetooth permissions in iOS Settings, and control notifications in the app or in iOS.

Children

Organically is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
